Tim and Anna contacted me to be their photographer for their wedding at the Colmar Tropicale Berjaya Hill Resort near Genting. It was an outdoor wedding and the weather held up well. The hotel has a French theme and this was played upon for the dinner that followed later in the evening by the use of masks at the banquet. Sort of a masked dinner type theme. As you can see, everyone had a fun experience.
Transmarco Annual Company Dinner at Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel
I shoot for Transmarco (and other companies) for their company dinner and awards night. Transmarco are best known as the distributor of Hush Puppies. I have to say they have a fantastic creative team on board as every year they surprise me. This years concept was fancy dress with a fairy tale theme. Everyone put in a big effort to look great. The night included a magician, talent quest as well as awards for performance through out the year as well as best costume and act. Whoever is working in their HR department I would have to say they are doing a great job building team spirit! I know you will enjoy the images below.
James and Cathy’s Wedding Photography in KL and Pulai Spings
James and Cathy split their wedding across two weekends. The first half was in KL, with a Tea Ceremony and a Dinner. The following weekend saw their friends come up from Singapore, as they celebrated the Chinese traditions of a Tea Ceremony and bargaining session by the groom at Pulai Springs Resort, Johor Bahru. You can view their photos here.
Dac and Wai Pin ~ Wedding Photography at the Westin Langkawi
Dac and Wai Pin contacted me to be their wedding photographer for their Chinese/Vietnamese/Western fusion beach resort wedding at the Westin Hotel in Langkawi, Malaysia. Two very lovely families. The weather was all over the place with rain coming down during the portrait session, partly due to it being a crazy hot day that ended up with a pool party at the end of everything. Good it was a private pool as the party went on into the night. You can view their wedding below.
Nice Day for a Wild Beach Wedding at the Four Seasons Resort Langkawi
Reg and Lisa chose to celebrate their day with a destination beach wedding at the Four Seasons Resort in Langkawi. It is easily my favourite beach wedding location. The afternoon kicked off with a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the Rhu bar. We then went to the Spa for wedding portraits before getting ready for the sunset beach wedding. As can be seen in a couple of the photos the sun was very low in the sky before we even got started, so the portraits were mostly photographed in the twilight. The wedding dinner was at the Serai Restaurant. Good weather. Great couple with “Funtastic” friends too.
